As a first time home owner it’s nerve wrecking when big appliances need replacing. I called a lot of companies, but Trout was by far the best company I spoke with. They were able to come to my house quickly to look things over and gave a free quote for the work needed. Kyle was kind, efficient, and professional. The installment appointment was also only a few days turn around from the estimate and also went smooth. Chris came out early and did a great job with the installment and answered all the questions I had. I am so happy to have found them and will absolutely call them in the future for any other work!

Trout Plumbing did a great job replacing our well tank. Chris was very professional and went above and beyond our expectations. The team at Trout Plumbing is always friendly and reasonably priced. They have done several other jobs at the house and I highly recommend their services.

Trout came out and replaced my kitchen faucet and hot water valve the same day I called them. They did a great job with the replacement, although they initially charged me an amount higher than I thought was right for the work. After talking to them, they refunded me a significant amount. They were reasonable and very friendly and wanting to make the situation right. I will definitely be using them for my future plumbing needs!

The guys were right on time and did a great job on our project! A quality company with excellent service, they take care and pride in their workmanship, my daughter’s bathroom turned out fantastic and the ro system and new kitchen sink will be a huge upgrade!!

Our day started off not great....leak in the water heater. We called Kyle (Trout Plumbing) based off a recommendation from a co-worker. He responded to us immediately and was out to our house with a new water heater within a couple hours. Kyle was excellent to work with! He is very professional, did great work, and cleaned up after himself very well! If you're looking for a great plumber, who is very friendly and professional, look no further!

So pleased with the service Kyle and his company provided while installing the gas line for my gas fireplace. They were able to get me on the schedule, accommodating my work hours. They showed up on time, and cleaned up afterward. They answered all my questions about the job and offered help and other suggestions for other improvements. Very impressed with Trout Plumbing!!

Kyle was able to come to our jobsite within 15 min of my initial call. We had a change of plans and he was still able to return before a competitor was able to get us in. Great attitude and explanations on site. Appreciated him writing up what they had done as it was needed to schedule work by the City of Grand Rapids. Payment and invoicing/documenting was fast and efficient. We look forward to using them again!
